Objetives
- Welcome to this online course: SCORES (Skills & Competencies resulting in Employability through Sports in Europe).
- The fundamentals of this course are designed to assist coaches/mentors/trainers and other technical sports staff to improve and exploit athletes’ skills for their better employability in the future
- This is based on a holistic approach which includes the validation of non-formal and informal learning promoted in and through sport.

SCORES PROGRAM FOR ATHLETES
- to prepare you to make choices in educational and work paths;
- to explore what your own soft skills and competencies are and maximize your qualities;
- to explore how sports helps you with the development of the soft skills and competencies;
- to explore the work environment and the skills that are needed;
- to learn how to make skills developed in sports valuable in the labor market;
- to work with coaches and other athletes who are in a dual career and are preparing for the next step in education and/or the labour market.

SCORES PROGRAM FOR TRAINERS
- to give an interactive workshop to train trainers/coaches who train athletes in learning (new) competencies and skills;
- to explore what your own trainer/coaching competencies are and how you can maximize your qualities;
- to connect with the athletes and create impact instead of one-way communication;
- to use different coaching methods to enhance athletes’ competencies and skills on a holistic level;
- to work with athletes who have a dual career and/or are preparing for a combination of sport and school or the labor market.
